Annual New York State Child Abuse Prevention Conference

Our annual New York State Child Abuse Prevention Conference inspires and equips more than 600 professionals, advocates, state and community leaders, and parents about the latest strategies and techniques for preventing child abuse.

Held every April, the three-day conference features renowned keynote speakers, training workshops, resource exhibits, and networking opportunities.

On participants’ evaluations of the 2004 conference, Children Need Everyday Heroes, 97% rated the conference as “good” to “excellent”; 94% agreed that it was relevant and useful for their work.
